Hi, I’m Christian — a communicator, connector, and student leader passionate about building community, advancing equity, and creating experiences that matter.
I’m completing a B.A.A. in Communication & Leadership at Central Michigan University, where I’ve found purpose in roles that center people, systems, and meaningful change. My experience spans student government leadership — including Student Body Treasurer, Speaker of the House, and Chief of Staff — as well as large-scale campus programming and operations. Across each role, my focus has remained the same: bringing people together through inclusive leadership, thoughtful strategy, and student-centered advocacy.
My approach to leadership is action-oriented and grounded in care. I believe leadership means showing up with intention, following through with integrity, and building systems that actually work for students. I’ve helped lead cornerstone campus traditions like Homecoming and Sibs & Kids Weekend, overseen funding processes impacting hundreds of students and organizations, and supported initiatives focused on basic needs, accessible housing, and long-term organizational sustainability.
At the core of my work is connection — between people, ideas, and institutions. Whether I’m mentoring peers, planning events, managing budgets, or shaping policy, I lead with clarity, consistency, and heart. I value honest dialogue, growth-focused spaces, and decision-making that centers lived experience.
Higher education transformed my life far beyond the classroom, and that transformation fuels my commitment to helping others find belonging, opportunity, and confidence in their own journeys. I bring energy, authenticity, and purpose into every space I enter, because leadership isn’t about being in charge — it’s about lifting others.
If you care about student leadership, campus life, or reimagining higher education to be more human and inclusive, let’s connect. I’m always open to meaningful conversations, new ideas, and bold collaborations.
